The carriage is now nestled up beside the cabin and the new layout feels great.

After listening to our guests’ feedback over the last couple of years we decided to bring the carriage closer the cabin. Everything you need is close together and you’re never too far away from each other. Now you’ll be much nearer to your loved ones in the carriage while you knock up a tasty breakfast in the cabin or are gathered around the campfire watching the embers glow. The toilets are also in very short walking distance too!

Our favourite digger driver gently slid the carriage across the field in to its new home on a sunny March day. It’s right beside the woodland edge so you can enjoy the dawn chorus as you wake up slowly. With a bit of shuffling, we’ve angled the carriage so that it’s lit up by the beautiful evening light. Lots of wildflower seeds have been sown around the carriage so it will be bursting with colour and bees during the summer too.
