A very quiet season!

What a surreal time the world is in right now. We have been amazed at how everyone has been affected in different ways and also encouraged by the kindness shown by so many. Thank you NHS, we love you.

Like all tourism businesses, we have now been closed since the 23rd of March due to the Coronavirus pandemic. We contacted all of our guests to sadly cancel their holidays and happily gave them all full refunds. This felt like the right thing for us to do as a small business with no date for reopening on the horizon. The most important thing is that everyone stays as healthy, happy and as safe as possible.

We remain hopeful that we may be able to open for the summer and if so, look forward to welcoming new and returning guests. Thank you for all you support and hopefully we’ll still get to see some of you this summer.

Whilst the sun has been shining, we have made the most of the dry weather to do some landscaping down the yurt field in preparation for the new structures we will be building for next year. I’ll put up some pictures of what we’ve been up to in the next post.

Until then, best wishes from us here x
